In July 2024, the Internal Revenue Service and the Treasury Department issued final and proposed regulations to address changes set forth in the Setting Every Community Up for Retirement Enhancement Act of 2019 (鈥淪ecure Act鈥�) and the Secure 2.0 Act of 2022 (鈥淪ecure 2.0鈥�) as it relates to required minimum distributions (鈥淩MDs鈥�). We suggest that you review these changes with a tax professional before completing this form.

2. Submit form
